Program. Mekudeshet Sign-in Codes is operated by Always Better Together Inc., doing business as Mekudeshet, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit matchmaking service for the Sephardic Jewish community. We text one-time codes that prove a mobile number belongs to the person using it, so they can sign in to the Mekudeshet app or to mekudeshet.org, or confirm their own number when signing up.
How you opt in. You type your own mobile number and tap “Text me a code”, “Send me a code” or “Send code”. Beside the button, before you tap, the screen says that by tapping you agree to receive a code by text from Mekudeshet. Each tap sends one code to that number. We do not buy, rent or import lists of numbers, and nobody is added to our texts without asking for a code.
What we send. Only the code you asked for, for example: “Mekudeshet: 483920 is your code. It works for 10 minutes. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We never send marketing, promotional, fundraising or affiliate messages, and we never text on behalf of anyone else.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
To stop, reply STOP to any message. We will confirm by text and send nothing further. Texting is not required for anything: you can sign in with your email address or a password instead.
